4 Stars for Service and Food Wow, I have never had such great service... Made me feel very welcomed.. and of course, the food speaks for itself. Great job to managers for insuring great customer service.

Consistently good food and very friendly service that you don't get at the other fast food restaurants.

This place keeps you coming back for more. By far the best chick-fil-a I have been to. The employees treat you like a modern day king with their attentiveness. The food is always fresh, and for a place that is busy 24/6 (closed Sundays) that's impressive. The decor is standard, but they do put out fresh flowers out every day. The drive thru is crazy packed, but it seems to always flow very smoothly. With all the qualities this place has, it deserves 5 stars!!

For fast food restaurant you can't get much better than CFA. This place has the nicest workers. We come here enough to get to know the employees. One was pleasant enough, gave her a Christmas present. Great place to let the kids play, probably not the cleanest, but they offer free Purel wipes.

Everyone needs a fast-food shame and Chick-fil-a is mine. I love their breaded golden fried chicken nuggets. They also do a great chicken breast sandwich. The fruit cups are great (eventhough they don't quite tip the scales back to healthy). If you get there for breakfast, you have to have the Cinnamon cluster, it is simple sin in a box. Throw on some refreshing sweet tea and the destruction of the diet is complete. For the children, they actually have educational activities in their kid's meals (instead of junk plastic toys that last until you figure out they don't do anything). They also have a decent play area that my children seem to really enjoy.

What can you say? They invented the chicken sandwich... and they know what they are doing! Plus, its nice that the company policy promotes cheerful employees! The new Spicy Chicken was fantastic. And the fries..... woohooo!

I love Chick-Fil-A. There, I said it. I went without it for 3 years while in LA (sure, it was at Del Amo mall but who goes there?) and am glad to be near them again. This is one of the few fast food places I will frequent but I felt this one deserves a shout-out. For those who have never been here, they have all chicken products, waffle fries and a bunch of typical fast food stuff. No burgers here! The new spicy chicken sandwich is delicious with enough spice to let you know it is there but definitely not "hot" by most standards. Check out the original or the charbroiled sandwich (if you are watching your calories) - Both are great! They do breakfast too but I've never ventured out here for that (I much prefer diners or bakeries for breakfast!). Lastly, they are not open on Sundays - which I hate when I get the cravings.
(4)
Marcie R.
Never had a bad experience there. Food is delicious, service can't be compared to anywhere else.the ridiculous line wrapped the building and down the street moves surprisingly quick. Cleanest play place for kids- especially compared to mcDs or Burger King

Not as good as it used to be.... -They no longer butter the bun for sandwiches. -there was 1 extra pickle on my sandwich, I asked for extra pickles (plural). 5-6 extra would have been much better. -there were all of 12 waffle fries in my fry container - wow skimpy!! -they moved all the condiments and napkins and straws behind the counter so you can no longer get your own. Ok trying to maximize profits .... and it shows. -super loud woman works the counter every weekend. You know overly friendly and extra loud. Kinda makes you feel uncomfortable. -"my pleasure"=Uppity. -"You're welcome"=sincere. -food tastes great. -place is clean.

"Profit only. Customers only matter to make money." A sad summary of how this location is run. I'd rather not"profit" a business with this view of its visitors--go elsewhere! The owner/operator told me to leave before his store's 11:30 rush hour started because every table was a valuable profit center. So, don't eat here expecting to be valued, especially if you want to linger longer than management considers profitable to itself. So, actually, if you want to enjoy your meal, dine elsewhere. In my case, after five friends and I had finished breakfast there, I lingered over my coffee and computer getting some work done before I left for my next meeting. However, the actual operator told me that I HAD TO BE GONE before the lunch rush started at 11:30 because he needed to make money off my (and what had been my guests') table. At 11:25, while I was packing up, he returned to remind me to get out; and he pointed out another solo customer he had told to leave so that I wouldn't feel singled out--in other words, meet his profit requirements or leave! So if you prefer being appreciated instead of just profited from, eat elsewhere.

I really like chick fil a, but at this location I wouldn't call it fast food at all. Good for them but never a good time to go there. Don't go there if you're in a hurry.
(4)
Kristen H.
The food is always yummy but they sometimes mess up my order, giving me breaded kids nuggets instead of grilled. This has happened a few times now. The line is always horribly long but moves fast. Also I got a chicken wrap today and a hair pin was in my container. How the heck did that happen??? And who wants to eat somewhere a hair pin ends up in the food?
(3)
Leila R.
I've been here several times since and have had no complaints. As far as Chick-fil-a goes it's great. Friendly, quick service. Food is good. Never messed up an order. And even when they're packed they keep it going.

So, we are from Utah, which got its first CFA a few years back. My friend, who was from Georgia, was ridiculously excited for it to be built and at the time, I couldn't for the life of me understand why. Now I do, having lived here for over a year-they are amazing, in every sense of the word. Now, of course, that has to be taken in context-it's still a fast food joint, so don't expect gourmet stuff here. That being said, the food is always quality-tender chicken, tasty shakes and fries, really quite tasty salad, everything I've had has been good. The service is incredible-they'll fill your drink at your table, are always nice and friendly, and are clean and bright to the extreme. Love this place!
(5)
Ben M.
Chick-Fil-A is fast food, yes, but the upside of it all is that they treat you so incredibly nice. It's like going to an expensive restaurant service wise, but only paying fast food prices. We were hanging out in the dinner room and one of the employees came around and asked if we wanted drink refills. Took our cups, filled them up and returned them. It was also close to closing time when we went in there and they still had a full staff behind the counter ready to take orders. And aside from their service their food is also on the higher caliber of fast food as well. It's one of the few "fast food" places I'll actually go to.
(4)
Ron S.
I like Chick-Fil-a for one reason: they're the only place I know of where you can get Biscuits and Gravy in the drive-through window. And for a fast food joint, they sure do Bisuits 'n' Gravy well.
(3)
Michael M.
Either the West side(too busy) or East side(hard to get to) offer the great Chick'n and SWEET TEA! It's always right spot on Spicy!!, gotta get it with the leafy greens - otherwise its dry. Fries always the fries.

I've never had a bad experience at a chick-fil-a before, but this was the best experience ever! After dropping my car off at the carmax service center a block away, I was famished! I had driven from westmintser to colorado springs in gridlock traffic with no food, drink, or coffee. To say the least, I was zombiefied. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles by 3 different people. I ordered with the manager and he told me to have a seat, that I would be served. How great! I've never been served at a chick-fil-a before and I bet it was because I was the only patron that he was able to leave the counter, rather than call my name. He also brought me a plethora of different jams and honey for my breakfast meal, which means I didn't have to get up to go to the counter and ask. I simply got to dig in! Everything was fresh and super tasty. Thanks for a great experience on a crappy day!

I like Chick-fil-a, really. And no, not as a poltical statement. Thay had fresh, tasty food. They have a good menu. Want a shocker? Go to a McDonalds, any McDonalds and order and eat. Then come here; night and day. It's what every place should be in terms of service and quality, and clean. The minus: it is a bit more expensive. And never, EVER order the chicken tortilla soup!It burns! It burns!

That's the best Chik-fil-a I've ever been to. The line is long but it moves quickly. The cashiers are pleasant and nice, and they work quickly. My order came out accurate every time. I wish all fast food restaurants were as quick and accurate as this particular Chik-fil-a location.

This place is ALWAYS packed! Yet, they move the line quickly and EVERY one of the employees is CHEEERFUL and HELPFUL. The food is fresh and high quality. The store and restroom is spotless (even during the busy times). I'm amazed that some of the larger fast food restaurants even manage to stay in business with Chick Fil A setting a high bar.

Same high quality we have grown accustomed to. The food is still great. Their customer service in unmatched not only in fast food, but the restaurant world as well. We use their customer service model as a benchmark in our company. I will continue to dine at Chick-fil-A.

Such an amazing place. Staff is so kind, caring and helpful. The food is always good. My 3 year old loves it, and it gives me a break while she plays. Free Wi-Fi. Calming music. With the husband gone a lot, it's awesome to have a place to come to get a small break. And my 3 year old actually loves and eats all her food. And that in itself is a miracle. Love this place!
